Ryan Tower โ€“ Founder & CEO

Ryan Tower, born in Flint, Michigan, is a seasoned real estate professional with a deep-rooted background in business and management. An attendee of Michigan State Universityโ€™s prestigious Business School, Ryan pursued a major in General Business Administration while ambitiously undertaking a double minor in Finance. He began his professional journey in 1995 as an Assistant Manager for Burger King, where he demonstrated leadership and business acumen while attending university.

After completing his education, Ryan quickly advanced within the company, earning the role of District Manager by 2001. In this position, he was instrumental in returning his franchisee to significant profitability. His early management career laid the foundation for his expertise in operations, leadership, and financial oversight. It was during this period that Ryan developed an interest in real estate, recognizing the potential for growth in the sector. By 2008, he was involved in numerous Single-Family Residential REO (Real Estate Owned) transactions, a turning point that would define the next stage of his career.

In mid-2009, after acquiring additional training in real estate, Ryan transitioned to full-time real estate investment. With a focus on luxury short sales and REO properties, he built his own successful company, purchasing and selling over 45 residential REO projects and more than 25 single-family short sales. His success in the residential real estate market inspired him to expand into commercial real estate. In early 2009, Ryan made the strategic decision to diversify his portfolio and was quickly recruited as a Project Manager by Pinnacle Commercial Group.

At Pinnacle, Ryanโ€™s impact was immediate and substantial. Over a brief period, he evaluated and underwrote over 500 acquisition prospects, taking on a wide variety of roles that extended beyond project management. His expertise spanned Acquisitions Management, Project Sales, Marketing, Broker Relations, Buyer/Investor Relations, and more. Additionally, Ryan demonstrated his innovative side by contributing to technological development, research and development (R&D), and website design, becoming an invaluable asset to the company.

In 2010, Ryanโ€™s career took another step forward when he was appointed Director of Corporate Dispositions at Pinnacle. In this capacity, he oversaw the firm’s ongoing sales and marketing strategies, further honing his ability to manage complex real estate transactions. However, his entrepreneurial spirit and desire to explore new ventures led him to establish his own consulting firm, Genesis Commercial Investments. Through Genesis, Ryan has successfully negotiated and acquired over 25 commercial assets, solidifying his reputation as a versatile and experienced real estate professional.

Today, Ryan is the proud owner of SellHouseFast.us, a company dedicated to providing innovative sales solutions for homeowners in unique or challenging situations where traditional real estate services may not suffice. Jennifer Laming โ€“ COO

About Me:ย Jennifer Laming, known to friends as Jenny or Jen, is passionate about helping people in difficult housing situations. Born and raised in Michigan, but she has lived in Arizona and South Carolina for some time as well. She is very well versed in all things real estate and is always there to help others either sell their properties or find properties to purchase regardless of the situation they find themselves in, she can find a way to help.

Education:ย Jen holds a bachelorโ€™s degree in criminal justice with an emphasis in Law from Kaplan University, where she focused on real estate law and organizational psychology. She continued her education with graduate classes at Walden University, specializing inorganizational psychology and how it pertains to business and real estate law.

Professional Experience:ย Jen has worked in all aspects of real estate, where she mastered leasing practices and evictions early in her career. She then moved into Acquisitions of multifamily properties that she flipped and fully leased back up to help the communities gain value. She has 25+ years of experience including section 8/HUD, working with MSHDA to make multifamily properties compliant. She has also worked with building new multimillion-dollar properties through lease up. More recently she has been focused on acquiring private homes and multifamily properties to be able to lease to people who have credit issues and need some time to get their credit approved for a mortgage.

She has a program that the renters can join to improve their credit and help them with a lease to own option in the meantime until they qualify to purchase the home themselves. Jen also specializes in creative financing to help those who need to sell their homes quickly or without an inspection. Jen will find the right buyer for your home regardless of its condition or situation.

Passions:ย Beyond the real estate realm, Jen loves reading and spending time with her husband and 3 boys. Her family comes first always, and she works hard to help other families be able to have the same experience in their homes with their families. Jen always says with family and support anyone can accomplish anything!

Current Projects:ย Jen is currently working nationwide Acquiring properties. She works with buyers to purchase project homes as well as working with sellers looking to sell using lease to own options.

Personal Interests:ย Outside of her professional pursuits, Jen enjoys bowling, shopping, and relaxing at home. She loves learning and so she listens to podcasts so that she can stay current on the new options for all her clients and future clients!

Thomas Ihrie โ€“ Head of Acquisitions

โ€‹โ€‹As a graduate of Northwood University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, Iโ€™ve spent the last decade forging a successful career in the dynamic world of real estate. During this time, Iโ€™ve had the privilege of facilitating over 200 off-market real estate transactions, helping hundreds of sellers and buyers navigate complex situations, all while contributing to the revitalization of neighborhoods.

My approach to real estate is grounded in a trust-based methodology. Iโ€™m committed to making every transaction seamless for my clientsโ€”whether Iโ€™m working directly with sellers or assisting investors in achieving strong returns, often averaging around 10%. My goal is always to find win-win solutions, and I take pride in the positive outcomes Iโ€™ve been able to deliver for everyone involved.

In addition to my real estate work, Iโ€™ve had the opportunity to help scale a company to the point of an 8-figure acquisition. This experience reinforced my belief that strategic growth doesnโ€™t have to come at the cost of integrity. By maintaining a focus on transparency and accountability, Iโ€™ve seen firsthand how businesses can thrive in ways that benefit both stakeholders and customers alike.

I firmly believe that honesty, integrity, and open communication are the cornerstones of great business and meaningful relationships. These values guide everything I do, whether Iโ€™m closing a deal, mentoring new professionals, or simply interacting with those around me.

Looking ahead, Iโ€™m excited about the future and the opportunities to continue growing in the real estate field. Iโ€™m eager to help even more individuals and investors navigate their real estate journeys and achieve their goals.

When Iโ€™m not working, I enjoy spending my free time learning new skills, sharing my knowledge with others, and embracing my role as the โ€œfun uncleโ€ to six nephews and a niece. I also love seeing live music and traveling, especially to the ocean, where I indulge my passion for kite surfing.
